Fluoro Compounding Materials

Conductive PFA

It involves adding conductive fillers to PFA to achieve a surface impedance of conductivity (approximately <10⁴Ω), enabling it to conduct current quickly and thus transforming it into an ultra-high performance engineering plastic.

Product Features

  1. Mechanical Toughness: Excellent non-stick and low friction properties.
  2. Heat Resistance: Can be used continuously in environments ranging from -100℃ to 260℃.
  3. Chemical Resistance: Can withstand common strong acids and strong bases found in the market.
  4. Conductive: It possesses excellent antistatic and conductive properties, preventing static electricity from accumulating on the surface of objects and generating static sparks, and can eliminate a large amount of static electricity.

Anti-Static PFA

It involves adding conductive fillers to PFA to achieve an antistatic resistance level (approximately 10⁴Ω~10⁷Ω), preventing static electricity accumulation and thus modifying it into an ultra-high performance engineering plastic.

  4. Anti-static: It has excellent antistatic and conductive properties, which can prevent static electricity from accumulating on the surface of objects and avoid damage to components by instantaneous high voltage discharge. It is widely used in semiconductors.

Conductive ETFE

It involves adding conductive fillers to ETFE to make its surface impedance reach the conductivity level (approximately <10⁴Ω), enabling it to conduct current quickly, thereby modifying it into an ultra-high performance engineering plastic.

Product Features

  1. Mechanical Toughness: Excellent non-stick and low friction properties.

  2. Heat Resistance: Can be used continuously in environments ranging from -100℃ to 150℃.

  3. Chemical Resistance: Can withstand common strong acids and strong bases found in the market.

  4. Conductive: It possesses excellent antistatic and conductive properties, preventing static electricity from accumulating on the surface of objects and generating static sparks, and can eliminate a large amount of static electricity.

Anti-Static ETFE

It involves adding conductive fillers to ETFE to achieve an antistatic resistance level (approximately 10⁴Ω~10⁷Ω), enabling it to conduct current quickly and thus transforming it into an ultra-high performance engineering plastic.

  4. Anti-static: It has excellent antistatic and conductive properties, which can prevent static electricity from accumulating on the surface of objects and avoid damage to components by instantaneous high voltage discharge. It is widely used in semiconductors.

Cross-Linked ETFE

It is an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer modified by radiation crosslinking.

Mainly used in aerospace, wire and cable insulation, and special industrial fields.

Product Features

  1. Radiation resistance: It has good radiation resistance.
  2. Mechanical Toughness: It has excellent wear resistance, cut resistance and crush resistance.
  3. Flame Retardancy: ETFE itself has excellent flame retardancy, and Cross-Linked ETFE has the characteristic of self-extinguishing when the flame is removed, making it difficult to burn.
  4. Electrical Properties: Cross-Linked ETFE exhibits low dielectric constant and high insulation resistance, making it an excellent insulating material.
  5. Heat Resistance: It possesses excellent low-temperature and high-temperature resistance properties, and its Cross-Linked structure significantly improves its stability at high temperatures, allowing it to be used in environments up to 200℃.

Fluoro Masterbatch

It is a special colorant for polymer materials, also known as a pigment preparation, and is mainly used in plastics.

Our masterbatch products include the following:

  1. PFA
  2. FEP
  3. ETFE
  4. PVDF

Commonly used colors include: white, gray, yellow, orange, green, red, blue, purple, brown, and black.

Please contact us if you require other colors!

Product Features

  1. Safety: Unlike  masterbatch powder, color masterbatch does not fly around during operation, thus protecting the health of operators.
  2. Stable Quality: The resin carrier isolates the pigment from air and moisture, ensuring that the pigment quality remains unchanged over a long period of time.
  3. Dispersibility: The pigments have been refined during the production of the masterbatch. After heating and melting, the masterbatch particles can be well dispersed in the plastic product.
  4. Uses inorganic pigments from German and Japanese brands, and its performance is excellent.
  5. Different addition ratios can be formulated according to customer needs.
